What Is Parent Coaching

Our 1:1 parent coaching sessions are private, personalized meetings where we work directly with you to support your child’s growth. Whether you’re navigating meltdowns, social skills, school readiness, or a new autism or ADHD diagnosis, we meet you where you are.

Clarity Call, 15 minutes

share goals, confirm fit, map first steps

Foundations Session, 75 minutes

strengths snapshot, top three goals, first wins plan

Weekly or Biweekly Coaching, 50 minutes

live modeling, role play, parent practice, child practice when appropriate

Between Session Support

brief check ins, printable visuals, short videos

Progress Review, every 4 to 6 weeks

assess gains, adjust goals, set the next milestone
